To access the patient portal for Endocrinology Medical Group Of Orange County, Inc (EMGOC), please hit the link below. Remember every doctor’s office, hospital, and lab has their own unique portal.

  1. You will be prompted to enter your user name which is your email address in FULL that you provided to EMGOC upon registration.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, simply hit “forgot password” to have a temporary password sent to you.
  3. You may be prompted to enter your date of birth as your VERIFICATION CODE.

  1. In the messages tab, you will find your lab slip. You must PRINT it and carry it with you as the lab will not accept electronic versions of this lab order.
  2. Messages can also be sent securely and directly to the office this way as well to bypass waiting on hold over the phone.
